Birchrose Associates are partnering with a multi office law firm in Essex, recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist for 9 - 12 months on a hybrid working basis.

The Opportunity

Our client, a long-established, multi office practice seeks the support for a skilled Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to provide support while a member of the team in on maternity leave. The expected duration for this role is 9 - 12 months.

The locum can work on a hybrid basis, 3 days per week in their office in Essex and 2 days per week remotely. Candidates seeking part time hours are welcome to apply, with the minimum of 3 days in the office still required.

Responsibilities

This role will see the Locum handling a caseload including the following matters:

• Wills
• Probate
• Estates
• LPAs
• Tax and Trust matters

The locum will benefit from secretarial support within this role as well as support from Legal Assistants.

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience as a Locum Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
• Experience handling busy and varied private client caseloads
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
