A highly regarded Kent based firm is looking to hire a Commercial Property Partner to be part of the firms exciting growth plans.

The Opportunity

They are seeking a commercial property partner to be a key hire in the firm's growth plans. The current commercial property team work on a broad range of matters including land development, landlord and tenant transactions, lease renewals, purchase and sale of businesses and investment properties, general commercial conveyancing and real estate finance.

This hire will be managing the existing team as well as playing a key role in the growth plans for the real estate team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the development of the real estate offering. Requirements

  • Established Partner in commercial property.
  • Based in Kent
  • Demonstrable track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to lead a team providing mentorship and support where needed.
