Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Ascot
£16 - £17ph
Our client, a dynamic firm in Ascot, is looking to hire an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy team on an ongoing basis.
Duties will include:
- Copy and audio typing
- Production of forms and documentation relevant to the department
- Making Land Registry applications via the Land Registry Direct website
- Preparation and submission of relevant local authority and associated searches
- Filing, photocopying and general administrative duties
- Answering the telephone, taking and passing on messages, dealing with queries
- Maintaining fee earners diary
This is a full time role, Monday - Friday, 9:00am -5:30pm.
