Our client, a well-respected, multi-office practice based in Buckinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor on a part time basis, to lead an established department.

The department advise a very loyal client base on all aspects of Private Client work to include:

  • Wills
  • Estate administration
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Inheritance tax planning
  • Probate (contentious and non-contentious)
  • Trusts

Due to their excellent reputation the team receive a significant amount work through referrals.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor with some supervisory experience, looking for the next step in their career. For the right candidate this position will lead to a Head of Department opportunity.

Family Locum (Outside IR35)

West Sussex - 6-9 months - April Start - Part-time

Our client, a friendly law firm based in West Sussex, is seeking a Family Locum to join their established team for a 6 - 9 month period covering maternity leave from early April. The successful candidate will take on an existing caseload of private family matters including divorce and children matters.

This is a part-time position and applicants with a minimum of three years' family experience will be considered. There is full time support available and an hourly rate on offer of between £30 - £40 DOE (Outside IR35).
