Lauren has worked in the recruitment industry for almost 10 years and has specialised in private practice legal recruitment since 2014. She has worked across multiple geographical regions and has a proven track record in building and running successful recruitment teams.

Our client is an established and ambitious leading law firm with a Top Tier Employment Department.
The firm are looking to hire a Senior Employment Solicitor with a history of working on respondent based employment law matters for reputable, medium sized law firms. The successful individual will work closely with the department's L500 named Partners and support more junior members of the team when required.
The team is highly regarded in their field, therefore, the successful individual will benefit from an already established client base spanning multiple industry sectors including retail, leisure and recruitment. They can expect to handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law for a predominantly respondent client base including a number of household names.
