£45,000 to £50,000 plus bonus and benefits
Our client are a highly regarded multi office firm based in an affluent area of South West London. They are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Residential Conveyancer to contribute to their busy and successful property team.
The firms residential property department is highly regarded in the South East and maintains the highest of standards in service and client care as recognised by their ongoing CQS Accreditation. The team is well established and is equipped to advise on a broad spectrum of nationwide residential property matters to include sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, shared ownership and transfer of equity.
In order to be considered for this attractive opportunity, you must have experience commensurate to that of 3 years PQE . This department plays and integral part of the firms success, as such the ideal candidate will have experience of developing and maintaining relationships with clients and external sources such as estate agents and mortgage brokers.
