Our client is a multi-office, high street law firm in Hertfordshire. Due to the success and expansion of their New Build Department, the firm is seeking a part-time Residential Property Lawyer to join their team.

The Firm

With multiple offices across Hertfordshire, this well-established and trusted firm has built a strong reputation with their clients. The firm pride themselves on their quality of service, as they continuously strive to grow and exceed expectations.

The successful applicant will be joining a busy, friendly office conveniently located on a high street close to local amenities.

The Position

Joining a successful New Build Team, responsibilities will include handling new instructions including s106 agreements, raising enquiries and drafting initial reports.

On occasion, duties will also include assisting the team with post completion work including registrations, and general residential conveyancing matters.

This is a part-time position for three days per week. This firm really care about their staff and flexibility on the working hours can be considered to accommodate personal commitments, such as the school run.


The successful applicant will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing. Experience in New Build property law is essential, including a strong understanding of s106 agreements.
