Office Assistant

£18,000 (pro rata)

My client, a boutique law firm based in the West End is looking to recruit an Office Assistant to start as soon as possible.

Duties will include:

  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing/scanning/photocopying, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. E.g. stationery
  • Meet/greet visitors
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research
  • Weekly reporting and creating internal newsletters
  • Organisation of recycling
  • Additional support for reception team, covering holidays/sickness
  • Making travel arrangements

This is a part time role, Monday - Wednesday, 9:00am -5:30pm.
