Lauren heads up the recruitment team at Birchrose Associates. She is responsible for recruiting fee earners for law firms across London and the Home Counties, as well as having operational and strategic responsibility for the business.

Lauren has worked in the recruitment industry for over eight years and has specialised in private practice legal recruitment since 2014. She has worked across multiple geographical regions and has a proven track record in building and running successful recruitment teams.

Senior Employment Solicitor (5 years' PQE )

Birmingham - c£60,000

Our client is a respected, national law firm with multiple offices across the UK.

The firm is looking to hire an experienced, ambitious Solicitor who will contribute to the development of the firm's employment law offering over the coming years, with the support of the Director and Head of Employment.

The successful individual will have an aptitude for business development and the drive to build on the team's already established client base. They must be experienced in representing both employers and employees on a range of employment law matters across various industry sectors including property, construction and engineering.
