Locum Construction Solicitor - Contentious

£750 - £850 per day (DOE)

Our client, a long-established, top 200 law firm, are seeking a Locum Construction Solicitor to support them in their L500 ranked team, focusing on contentious matters. This would be for a minimum of three months whilst the firm recruit permanently, with the possibility of extension.

The team act on behalf of a range of clients to include developers, institutions, contractors, charities and sub-contractors. The Locum will be responsible for handling a varying caseload of contentious construction matters, such as:

  • Infrastructure disputes
  • Housing association disputes
  • Payment related disputes
  • Advising on engineering contracts and any associated disputes
  • Loss and expenses claims

Secretarial support will be provided for the Locum. The firm have a genuine commitment to staff flexibility and encourage those seeking full time or part hours to apply.
