Locum Construction Solicitor - work from home

Birchrose Associates are recruiting for a leading L500 firm who are seeking a locum to assist with a backlog of non-contentious construction matters. The firm are happy to offer the role on a fully remote basis.

The locum will assume responsibility for a mixed caseload to include:

  • Construction contracts (JCT, NEC, MF/1, ICC, IChemE and bespoke)
  • Drafting/negotiating professional consultant appointments
  • Collateral warranties
  • Deeds of novation
  • Third party rights

The locum will benefit from secretarial support as required.

To be considered for this role you will be available at short notice to work full time for up to 1 month, however flexibility with days and hours is offered. The firm would then be keen to continue to work with the locum on an ongoing, ad-hoc basis.

Hourly / daily rates for this role will be commensurate to experience and will be guided by the individual, with the client happy to pay competitive rates for the right candidates. Please apply to discuss your requirements.
