Locum Commercial Property Solicitor - REMOTE working

Flexible rate DOE - ASAP start for 2-3 months

Our client, a long established law firm in East London, is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established team.

This role is to start ASAP for an initial 2-3 months with possibility of extension beyond this point. The locum will be assisting whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will assume responsibility for a busy caseload covering sales and purchases of commercial properties, leases, Landlord and Tenant work, development matters and licenses.

There is free on site parking available for the locum, as well as being conveniently located within walking distance to the local train station.

This role offers flexibility for candidates seeking remote working opportunities. The client is looking for the locum to work full time hours.
