Lauren heads up the recruitment team at Birchrose Associates. She is responsible for recruiting fee earners for law firms across London and the Home Counties, as well as having operational and strategic responsibility for the business.

Lauren has worked in the recruitment industry for over eight years and has specialised in private practice legal recruitment since 2014. She has worked across multiple geographical regions and has a proven track record in building and running successful recruitment teams.

Our client is a respected, national law firm with multiple offices and a significant presence in the South West.

The Role

The firm is looking to take on an experienced, ambitious Solicitor to grow a team and build the employment law offering for one of their offices, with the support of the Director and Head of Employment. On offer is the opportunity to progress through the firm's management structure.

This successful individual will have an aptitude for business development and the drive to build the team over the coming years. They must be experienced in representing both employers and employees on a range of employment law matters across various industry sectors including, but not limited to, property, construction and engineering.
