Lauren heads up the recruitment team at Birchrose Associates. She is responsible for recruiting fee earners for law firms across London and the Home Counties, as well as having operational and strategic responsibility for the business.

Lauren has worked in the recruitment industry for over eight years and has specialised in private practice legal recruitment since 2014. She has worked across multiple geographical regions and has a proven track record in building and running successful recruitment teams.

Family Solicitor - Cambridgeshire

£30,000 - £35,000

Our client, a well-respected, multi-office practice based in Cambridgeshire, is seeking an ambitious NQ Family Solicitor to join their close knit team.

You will work alongside one of the firms senior Solicitors, an accomplished family law specialist and Family Panel member, whilst managing your own caseload of private family matters.

You will gain excellent hands on exposure to a high quality of work and have the opportunity to develop your skills in Advocacy. As this is part of the firms succession planning, this role will provide excellent progression opportunities.

You will be working in a grade 2 listed building located in an idyllic Cambridgeshire market town with stunning surrounding scenery and on-site parking. The firm have a modern approach to their practice and a mature approach to flexible working.

The salary on offer £30,000 plus additional benefits.
