Lauren heads up the recruitment team at Birchrose Associates. She is responsible for recruiting fee earners for law firms across London and the regions, as well as having operational and strategic responsibility for the business. 

Lauren has worked in the recruitment industry for almost 10 years and has specialised in private practice legal recruitment since 2014. She has worked across multiple geographical regions and has a proven track record in building and running successful recruitment teams.

Employment Solicitor - FTC - 6 months

Salary £50 - £70k DOE - PQE 3 years'

Our client, a reputable, leading law firm are looking to recruit a Solicitor on a fixed-term basis due to client demand and growth.

The position will suit a motivated Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE who can deal with a busy caseload of employment matters with an emphasis on non-contentious work. This will include handling employment matters such as TUPE, restructures, employee relations, changing terms and conditions and IR35.
