Conveyancing Legal Secretary



Our client, a forward thinking firm in Aylesbury, is looking to hire an experienced Conveyancing Assistant/Legal Secretary to join their busy Conveyancing Department.

Duties will include:

  • Copy and audio typing
  • Production of forms and documentation relevant to the department
  • Making Land Registry applications via the Land Registry Direct website
  • Preparation and submission of relevant local authority and associated searches
  • Filing, photocopying and general administrative duties
  • Answering the telephone, taking and passing on messages, dealing with queries
  • Maintaining fee earners diary

Required experience:

  • Over 2 years' experience within conveyancing
  • Excellent attention to detail
