Compliance Administrator

Oxfordshire

Our client, a well-respected corporate firm is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their busy team. If you have experience working in a law firm and want to kick start your career within Compliance, this would be the perfect opportunity!

Duties include:

  • Carry out an AML compliance role to support fee earners and staff
  • File opening and dealing with AML/CDD/KYC Compliance
  • Input into automation of processes to streamline the regulatory procedures
  • Liaising with fee earners and clients on all aspect of compliance regulations
  • Formalise internal processes to be followed to enable compliance
  • Receive telephone calls, recording and passing on accurate messages
  • Ensure departmental systems and firm-wide procedures are followed

This is a full time role, Monday - Friday, 9:00am -5:30pm.

Desirable experience:

  • Experience in AML, CDD and KYC regulations
