Job Description
Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 4+ PQE sought for a long established, regional law firm.

Our client is undergoing an exciting growth period. With a number of offices across the South East, they represent a range of diverse private and commercial clients in London and the surrounding areas.

The opportunity
The successful candidate will join a small corporate team, working alongside a very experienced Partner. The client base is varied, to include SMEs and Franchisees, and the role will be well suited to someone who enjoys close client contact and developing client relationships.
The role entails a variety of corporate commercial work, including:
- Advising on franchise agreements
- Reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contacts
- Handling Joint venture, investment and shareholders' agreements
- Advising on corporate restructures, share issues and share incentive schemes
Requirements
The firm are looking to hire someone with:
- 4+ years' PQE gained from a reputable firm
- Excellent client facing skills
This role can be based from either the firm's Surrey office or Oxfordshire office. Some hybrid working can be considered.
