Job Description
We have an attractive opportunity for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist within a L500 firm in South East England, starting ASAP for 8 months.
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a reputable firm in South East England to source a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Locum Legal Executive to start ASAP for 8 months. Locum Fee Earners with availability to start between now and mid-October are welcome to apply.
The ideal locum will be looking to assist 4 or 5 days per week. The firm will allow the locum to work on a fully remote basis.
Responsibilities
The successful locum will manage a busy caseload consisting of mainly probate matters. They will benefit from dedicated secretarial support and support from the wider team. Duties to include:
- Probate
- LPAs
- Estate Administration

Requirements
- At least 7 years' experience as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Experience handling busy caseloads of private client matters, in particular probate matters
- Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
