We have an attractive opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assist within a L500 firm in South East England, starting ASAP for 6 months +.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a reputable firm in South East England to source a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to start ASAP for 6 months + covering maternity leave. Locum Fee Earners with availability to start between now and mid-October are welcome to apply.

The ideal locum will be looking to assist 4 or 5 days per week. The firm will allow the locum to work on a fully remote basis.

Responsibilities

The successful locum will manage a mixed caseload of commercial property matters. They will benefit from dedicated secretarial support and support from the wider team. Duties to include:

• Landlord and Tenant
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Real Estate finance
• Development
• Portfolio asset management
• Agricultural property

Requirements

• At least 7 years' experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor
• Experience handling mixed caseloads of commercial property work
• Experience dealing with Agricultural property would be advantageous
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
