Our client, a Commercial law firm based in the West End are seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join their busy team.

The Opportunity
The successful Paralegal will provide support to the Partners and have experience within Residential Property. Duties to include:

• Typing dictation files
• Drafting Transfers, AP1s, DS1s as and when required
• Land Registry applications and documentation
• Obtaining company documents through Companies House
• Completing and submitting SDLTs online
• Putting together report documentation for purchases
• Procuring indemnity policy quotes
• Diary management
• Dealing with file opening and due diligence requirements
• File closures

This Paralegal opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm

Required experience

• At least a years' experience working as a Paralegal within a busy Residential Property team (essential)
