The Firm
Our client, a leading full-service law firm based in Bromley are seeking an Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.

The Opportunity
The successful Receptionist/Administrator will provide administrative and file management support to Fee Earners and the wider teams whilst providing exceptional client service on Reception. Duties to include:
Large and small copying requests

  • Binding and finishing copied work
  • Receiving and processing file management requests
  • Creating/Opening/Closing files
  • Returning or adding documents to existing client files
  • Processing archive retrieval requests
  • Collecting and delivering post
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Providing refreshments

This Receptionist/Administrator position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Requirement

  • Reception and Administration experience within a law firm (desirable)
