We have a new opportunity for a Locum Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a long-established law firm based in the West Midlands.

The Opportunity

My client is seeking a Locum Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to support them during a period of permanent recruitment. This is a 3-month role initially, however the Locum may also be required to cover a period of maternity leave, lengthening the contract to 9 months.

This is a full-time role, and the firm require an office-based candidate for the first month. They can then look to accommodate a hybrid working pattern.

The firm handle a range of Residential Conveyancing matters from instruction to post completion.

Responsibilities

The Locum will be responsible for handling a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters to include:

• Sales and purchases
• Transfer of Equity
• Re-mortgages
• Right to Buy
• Help to Buy
• Shared ownership

The Locum will benefit from secretarial support for this role.
