We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Locum Solicitor to join a multi-office firm in London, to start ASAP for 3 months with a possibility of extension.

The opportunity

Our client, a thriving and friendly firm based in London, is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to cover whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis. The firm require somebody to join them as soon as possible, or from August latest for a duration of 3 months +.

This is a full-time position and the firm require somebody to work in the office, although hybrid working is a possibility after the first couple of weeks.

Responsibilities

The Locum would be responsible for a mixed commercial property caseload, to include the following:

• Grants and assignments of leases
• Sales and purchases
• Options and development matters
• Property Finance
