We have an exciting opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to support a long-established, friendly law firm based in the East Midlands. The required dates are Wednesday 12th October 2022 - Friday 28^th October 2022.

The Opportunity

The firm is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to support them during a period of annual leave from Wednesday 12th October 2022 to Friday 28th October 2022.

Responsibilities

The Locum will be responsible for handling a busy caseload of commercial property matters to include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant
• Commercial leases
• Acting for developers
