The Opportunity

Our client is a Top Tier, Legal 500-ranked firm with a standout reputation for handling complex, high-value commercial disputes. Due to maternity leave, the firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for a 12-15 month period to commence ASAP, with an additional role starting in May 2026. This is a full time, hybrid opportunity.

Responsibilities

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will assume responsibility for a diverse caseload of complex commercial disputes, to include:

• High-value contractual disputes
• Joint venture and shareholder disputes
• Disputes relating to fraud
• Insolvency-related claims before the High Court and Court of Appeal
