We have a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Legal Secretary based in Sevenoaks.
The Firm
Our client is a Top 50 law firm with over 150 years' experience. The firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their Legal 500 ranked team.
The Opportunity
The successful Legal Secretary will provide high-level secretarial support to individual Fee Earners, as well as supporting a wider team. Some key duties include:
- Producing and formatting documents such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and billing documents
- Proof-reading work
- Diary management to include booking meetings, making appointments and processing new clients
- Dealing with telephone calls and clients visiting the office
- Working with Fee Earners to ensure documentation is produced to a high standard while meeting deadlines
- Ensuring all filing is up to date and maintained
This Legal Secretary opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm. This role is fully office based.
The Requirements
- Extensive experience supporting a Private Client team within a law firm
- Strong administration experience
- Good attention to detail and high level organisational skills
- Typing speed of at least 50wpm
- Excellent IT skills
- Self-motivated and flexible
