Excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a growing, Top 100 UK Law Firm in London.
The Firm
Our client is a reputable Top 100 law firm who is headquartered in Wales but also have offices in London, the South of England.
They are a full-service law firm who advises across a variety of industries but has particular expertise in business sectors particular including banking and finance, property and construction, tech, media and telecoms, energy and sustainability, creative industries, leisure and hospitality, agriculture, insurance and health care.
Their leading corporate and commercial team are looking for a corporate Solicitor to assist in the growth of their corporate presence in London.
The Opportunity
They have a very well-established Corporate and Commercial group who advise a wide range of organisations, from start-ups through growth companies to multi-national corporations and public sector bodies.
The group has a wealth of experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital and other investments, advising the investors, the company and management teams.
They are regularly instructed on high profile and complex corporate deals, both domestic and cross-border with deal transactions ranging from £5m - £30m.
They're now looking for an individual who is excited by the opportunity to be a part of a growing firm looking to build their corporate presence in London. It's key that the new hire will be positively encouraged to get involved with the team's networking and business development initiatives.

Requirements:
- Qualified Corporate Solicitor with between 2 - 5 yrs' PQE
- Ability to confidentially run transactional corporate work
- Genuine interest in participating marketing and business development activities
