Office Assistant London£18,000 (pro rata) My client, a boutique law firm based in the West End is looking to recruit an Office Assistant to start as soon as possible. Duties will include:Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflictsHandling office tasks, such as filing/scanning/photocopying, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. E.g. stationeryMeet/greet visitors Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mailUsing computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct researchWeekly reporting and creating internal newslettersOrganisation of recyclingAdditional support for reception team, covering holidays/sicknessMaking travel arrangements This is a part time role, Monday - Wednesday, 9:00am -5:30pm.
